Our cables and adapters are backed by a lifetime guarantee. Electronic devices are covered by a 30-day guarantee.
Returns & Exchanges
- After 30 days, cables may be exchanged for the same item if they are not functioning.
- Items returned in used condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Items removed from original packaging but still in new condition may incur a 20% repackaging fee.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice with all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom cables and special orders are non-returnable.
- Items modified from their original condition void all warranties.
Resolution Options
At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or issue a credit for the product.
Limitations of Liability
- PCCables.com is not liable for any amount exceeding the original purchase price of the product.
- Proper use of all cables is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Use of our products in life support or critical systems is at the customer’s own risk.
